Shoshone-Paiute: Idaho tribal leader pleads guilty on theft charges - Kyle Prior of Nampa on Tuesday pleaded guilty in U.S. District to using a bank debit card issued to a tribal foundation to enrich himself. Prior, now just 38, is former chairman of the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes in southern Idaho and northern Nevada.
